High school tennis coaches

Mr. Derek Entwistle is head of the SOIS PE
department. He has taught SOIS PE since 2003.
He has coached the HS boys tennis team since 2003
​and the HS boys soccer team since 2011.
Coach Entwistle is from Australia.

Ms. Shigemi Kano has taught SOIS PE since the founding of the two schools in 1991. She has coached many sports at the school, including basketball, volleyball, swimming, and tennis.
​Coach Kano is from Japan.
