Good luck to the Coach Entwistle and Coach Entwistle* and the Sabers girls and boys high school tennis teams as they travel to Yokohama to compete in the 2016 AISA tennis championship tournament.

Thank you, players, for your efforts this season. Thank you, parents, for your support of Sabers tennis. And thank you Coach Kano and Coach Entwistle for preparing the teams so well.

WJAA tennis at CA, September 30-October 1, 2016

Good luck, Sabers tennis players, as they compete in the 2016 WJAA tennis tournament hosted by Canadian Academy on Rokko Island, Kobe, at the Rokko Island Tennis Courts, September 30-October 1. This will likely be the final WJAA tennis tournament for SOIS as the school looks to drop the tennis program after this year, unfortunately, due to the closure of the Aqua tennis courts. Let's go out on a winning note. Go Sabers! Thank you, Coach K and Coach E.

Corrine Watanabe (OIS G10, 2014-2015) has created a series of training videos on tennis as part of her personal project. Corrine is an accomplished tennis player who has won...and competed in many regional and national championship tournaments in Japan. She is also a capable soccer player and an all-tournament Varsity basketball player.
