Sabers Sports Council (SSC)
SSCはSabers Sports Councilの略でSOISの生徒で構成されています。彼らたちはすべてボランティアでWJAAやAISAトーナメントでの公式審判を始め、多方面でセイバーズ全体ををサポートしています。トーナメントのみで無く、セットアップはもちろん、来校する選手やコーチに必要以上のおもてなしを提供しています。6月に開催されるスポーツアワードでは、その年のセイバーズの集大成となるスライドショーも見事なものに作り上げてくれます。彼らたちの仕事はプレーシャーがかかるものですが、常に笑顔で尚且つプロフェッショナルにこなしてくれます。いつもありがとう、お疲れ様です。
The Sabers Sports Council (SSC) is a group of volunteer SOIS students who assist the AD office with the running of WJAA and AISA events. Among other things,
these students handle the official scoring for all home events, they organize tournament
set up and hospitality, they create the athletic awards celebration photo slideshow, and they help the AD maintain his sanity. The SSC has perfected its year-to-year turnover:
the older members mentor the younger members throughout the year so that there is a smooth annual transition as the older members graduate and the younger members take over. The job they do is a highly skilled, highly pressured one, and the SSCers always
have smiles for everyone. Thank you, SSC.
