COVID 19: INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITING ATHLETES, FANS, OFFICIALS
As of December 2021, SOIS welcomes athletes and fans and officials to the Sabers facilities for sporting events, with the safety guidelines listed below. Please read carefully. The Sabers appreciate your cooperation in helping make our events safer for all of us.

Visiting teams
  • Please read this bilingual Guide for Visitors.
  • ADs or coaches: Please prepare a list of names of all team members (including managers and coaches) and their individual temperatures recorded the morning of the event. Submit this list upon arrival to the security guards at the "red counter" in the genkan. Alternatively, visiting teams can bring a name list and use the temperature monitor at the red counter (this will take longer).
  • The temperature monitor is used for any visitors whose temperatures have not been recorded.
  • Visiting coaches to sign in as representatives of their teams and receive visitor tags to wear.
  • All visitors wash their hands thoroughly in the genkan before proceeding further.
  • All visitors wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Fans and officials
  • Please read this bilingual Guide for Visitors.
  • Take temperature at the monitor at the security guard "red counter" in the genkan.
  • Sign in at the red counter.
  • Wash hands thoroughly in the genkan before proceeding further.
  • Wear a mask and practice social distancing.
  • Enter the gym via the 3rd floor (gym upper level) entrance and watch the game from above.
