HS Girls Soccer: sign-up

1/19/2014

Please sign up for HS Girls Soccer 2014 using the form below:

Please use this form to sign up for HS Girls Soccer. I will use the email address you give to contact you about games and changes to our schedule, so please provide an address you check regularly.
Most importantly, I need to know how many players will be willing and able to play over the Spring break, so that I can schedule games at SOIS, at the INAC field in Kobe, and in Tokyo if there enough players for a team.
The information you submit here will be sent to Mr Frater.
Tournament will be against CA, YIS and Seisen (清泉) from Tokyo.
Please indicate if you would be interested in this short soccer trip to International School of the Sacred Heart (Hiroo, Tokyo): • ISSH (聖心) have invited us to take Varsity and JV teams for an overnight trip to Tokyo. • We could take up to 35 or so Varsity and JV players (two 8 a-side Varsity teams, two 8 a-side JV teams). Their field is relatively small, like ours. • The trip would be scheduled during the Spring Break, sometime during the week of Saturday March 22 to Saturday March 29. For example, we would go up on Friday morning, play Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, then return on Saturday night. As it is Spring Break, it could also be scheduled over 2 weekdays. • I would like to get a sense of how many players would be interested in the trip. I don’t know the exact price, but I assume it would be around the same as the AISA tournament at YIS: ¥20,000 round trip for the shinkansen ticket, plus around ¥1,500 for futon to sleep over. • This is not a commitment, but students should be realistically confident that if we arrange this, they would be able to go.
Please let me know if you are able to play at SOIS and at the INAC field on Rokko Island over the Spring break. We usually play against Japanese high schools and KG University teams for 3-4 days over the break.
